20-Yard Dumpster Rental
When one room turns into three, or the whole office needs clearing out, the 20-yard gives you space to keep going.
Two feet longer than our 15-yard, it holds about 8 pickup truck loads. That’s enough for a full kitchen tear-out, the shingles from a roof replacement, or a floor’s worth of old desks and filing cabinets. The walls are still just 4 1/2 feet high, so your crew (or your family) can toss debris in without a ladder.
Tell us what you’re tackling. We’ll confirm the size, quote your price before anything shows up, and get you on the schedule, often the same day or the next.

How Big Is a 20-Yard Dumpster?
At 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 1/2 feet tall, the 20-yard bridges home projects and light construction work. You get noticeably more floor space than a 15-yard without the footprint of our larger containers.
What Fits in a 20-Yard Dumpster?
This is the size where cleanup jobs turn into real renovation work. Customers rent the 20-yard for:
- Kitchen or bathroom remodels

Is a 20-Yard Dumpster Right for Your Project?
The 20-yard works best when the project is bigger than a weekend: a kitchen or bathroom remodel, an office move, or renovating a few rooms at once.
If you’re only clearing out a garage or redoing one room, our 15-yard dumpster may save you money. If you’re demolishing a structure or taking on major construction, our 30-yard is the safer bet.

If your debris is coming out of one room or one garage, a 15-yard dumpster is usually plenty. Once you’re tearing out cabinets, countertops, and flooring, or emptying an office, the extra space in a 20-yard is worth it.
For a mid-sized remodel or office cleanout, a 20-yard dumpster usually does the job. New construction, demolition, or a major addition generally calls for our 30-yard.
Your price depends on where you are, what you’re throwing out, and how long you need the dumpster. Call or request a quote online, and we’ll give you a number before you commit.
Yes. Every rental includes a set tonnage allowance, and going over adds an overage fee. Heavy materials like shingles, tile, and plaster add up fast, so tell us what you’re tossing, and we’ll help you estimate.
